Sales position

Thanks for reaching out. We are in need of someone that can work into the position with ease and little direction.
It’s a lot to learn and pick up and fast pace during our peak seasons which are Valentines, Mothers Day, Prom, HOCO and November through December.
Our slowest months are January and July.
We are looking for a part time person to start and could work into full time as we grow.
Plant and flower knowledge are a must. If not already knowledgeable then learning quickly would be a must.

The position includes greeting all customers upon entry, friendly demeanor, knowledge or products sold to suggest and sell, ability to greet new customers while already helping a customer, ability to answer calls while with a customer, organize, respond to emails, troubleshoot customer questions and assistant owners with task as needed.
Inputting inventory into pos, unboxing and receiving products.

We value a drama-free environment and a positive attitude. Compensation ranges from $12 to $15 per hour to start, starting lower during training unless you are experienced, with pay increases as you become proficient. Tips typically add an extra $20 to $30 per week on average. During peak seasons, bonuses can range from $300 to $500 annually based on performance; exceptional work and increased sales will be rewarded even further. We believe in recognizing hard work, which is not common pay standards in the florist industry.

Full-time employees receive one week of paid vacation and paid holidays after one year of service. Please note that peak seasons are not ideal for vacation requests, similar to how accountants cannot take time off during tax season.

We take off a few days for July 4th and Dec 24- Jan 1. Then it’s the typical major holidays that we are closed like Thanksgiving. We love and need a break  to recharge so we are all about taking time off when we can.
